Vice President, Sewer and Pumping Operations

Kenrick St. Louis is serves the Authority as Vice President, Sewer and Pumping Operations. Over the last 25 plus years, he has worked in many industries including Manufacturing, Energy – Downstream Oil and Gas, and Coal - and Water.  The bulk of his career has been with Texaco, Chevron and Rubis Energie within downstream Oil & Gas and CONSOL Energy.

Mr. St. Louis is a professional Water and Sewer Operator. Additionally, he has significant experience in operational excellence, developing, deploying and executing processes to ensure effectiveness and consistency of operational expectations and requirements. Mr. St. Louis was recognized as the 2018 Employee of the Year at DC Water, and was a co-winner of the 2019 General Manager's Award.

He is currently focused on ensuring processes are created, updated and deployed to all stakeholders within DC Water to ensure the long-term sustainability of the operations for which he is responsible.

His education includes a Bachelors of Technology diploma – Chemical Engineering Technology, Bachelor of Science – Chemical Engineering with an Environmental Engineering bias, Master of Business Administration Degrees in Management and Finance.   He certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
