SPLASH is an assistance program that is funded by customers, our employees, our Board of Director and the community, and every dollar received is distributed to eligible customers. 

SPLASH helps customers maintain critical water and sewer service by providing up to $350 to eligible customers in times of financial emergencies.  SPLASH is administered through a partnership with Greater Washington Urban League.
