The DC Water SPLASH program, which stands for Serving People, Lending A Supporting Hand, is here to help our community members facing financial hardships. This incredible initiative provides up to $350 in assistance to ensure that everyone has access to essential water and sewer services during tough times.
How to Apply
Applying for SPLASH is simple and accessible. The program is administered through our partnership with the Greater Washington Urban League (GWUL). To apply, contact the GWUL offices during business hours, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, at 202-265-8200 or apply at their Emergency Services Department. They will guide you through the process and help determine your eligibility based on financial need. This program is open to residents of the District of Columbia who are experiencing financial challenges.
