SPLASH is an amazing assistance program funded by generous contributions from customers like you, our dedicated employees, the Board of Directors, and the wonderful community. Every dollar received goes directly to helping eligible customers.

With SPLASH, you can get up to $350 to help maintain your essential water and sewer service during financial emergencies. This fantastic program is administered through our partnership with the Greater Washington Urban League.
