Yes, a property may have associated owner and management company profiles as well as multiple non-owner profiles.
Yes, both owners and management companies may link multiple accounts to their profile, however, only one owner and one management company can be associated with an account.
You will need the DC Water Account Number, Service Address, and the Owner's Last Name to register. The registration and login portal can be accessed at mydcwater.com.
Yes, both paper and electronic billing are available for owners, whereas non-owners are restricted to electronic billing.
We do not currently offer mobile applications. However, you can access your account online by visiting mydcwater.com.
