What We Do

Drinking Water
Provide District customers with high-quality, low-cost drinking water.
Wastewater Treatment
Receive and treat wastewater and stormwater from DC and suburbs.
Wastewater Collection
Collect used water and minimize overflows to receiving waters.
Fire Hydrants
Maintain and upgrade 9,500 public hydrants for fire suppression.

Customer Service Center Announcement

Payment Plan Incentive: provides a credit back of 50% of the last 3 payments made. Eligible participants are residential customers who have had an outstanding balance for 60 days or greater and with an outstanding balance of $500 or more.
