My DC Water Features

Auto-Pay

Customers are encouraged to take advantage of our worry-free and convenient auto-pay services. Auto-pay options include e-Check or Credit Card and can be setup under your My DC Water profile.

Please note: If you were previously enrolled in auto-pay and wish to continue these services, property owners/managers must re-enroll in auto-pay prior to November 1, 2017. If property owners/managers fail to re-enroll in auto-pay before November 1, 2017, auto-pay information will be deactivated. However, payments can continue to be made via online one-time payments, phone or mail until the property owner chooses to re-enroll in auto-pay.

One-time Payment Options

To make a quick one-time payment, customers can simply visit mydcwater.com and make a one-time e-Check or Credit Card payment by clicking the “One-time payment” button. This feature is available for property owners and tenants and does not require you to register or sign-in to a User ID.

Property owners/managers who wish to view their account summary and usage history can also make a one-time payment by logging into their User ID at mydcwater.com.

Paperless Billing

Property owners/managers who wish to receive their bill electronically, can easily sign-up for paperless billing by signing into their User ID at mydcwater.com and changing their billing options.

Beginning July 17, as DC Water launches its new portal My DC Water, all customers enrolled in paperless billing will begin receiving a paper bill. Property owners/managerswill be required to reenroll in paperless billing to take advantage of this online feature.

Please note: When property owners/managers re-enroll in paperless billing, only the property owner will begin receiving the paperless bill. Property owners will be responsible for forwarding paperless bills to any third parties who you wish to pay the bill. However, beginning in early 2018, owners will then have ability to add third parties to begin receiving paperless bills.
