Kim Greenfield Alfonso is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Results One LLC, a training, mediation services, and Digital Accessibility minority and women-owned small business.

Results One offers diversity, equity & inclusion training (unconscious bias training, focus group facilitation, climate/organizational surveys), workplace training (emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and prevention of sexual harassment training), and digital accessibility testing for websites, mobile apps and PDFs to ensure digital content is accessible to People with Disabilities. She is passionate about working with organizations to assist them in embracing an environment of inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility. Her advice is sought out as an expert in accessibility who knows what organizations need to ensure all digital content and websites are accessible to People with Disabilities.

Earlier in her career, Kim served as Chief Operating Officer for Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind, Vice President of Marketing for Immersion Medical (a biotech company), and as Senior Region Director in Sales and Senior National Account Executive at Merck & Co., Inc.

After a successful career in the nonprofit and corporate arena and serving on local boards, Kim knows that a diverse workforce is critical to the success of all organizations, and diversity and inclusion are the cornerstones of a productive environment. Kim has extensive experience working with people with disabilities and is an expert in the disability and accessibility arena. Kim brings over 30 years of experience and knowledge in working with public, private, state, and local governments in the Washington, DC Region.

Kim is involved in working on transformative initiatives in Washington, DC, and was most recently appointed by DC Mayor Muriel Bowser to serve as Chair of Small Business and Personal Services for the Mayor’s Re-Opening DC Advisory Group and selected by the Mayor to serve as Co-Chair of Age-Friendly DC, a committee dedicated to making Washington, DC a livable community for people of all ages. She is currently a board member of the Greater Washington Black Chamber of Commerce, Chair of the Engagement Advisory Board for Washington, Gas. Kim serves on the Leadership Council for the National Small Business Association. She is also a member of Leadership Greater Washington, Leadership Montgomery, DC Chamber of Commerce (serving on the Small Business Advisory Council and Women’s Small Business Group), and the Greater Washington Urban League.
