Rate Townhalls and Community Outreach

One of the most important aspects of the rate setting process is public engagement. That's why we try to give customers every opportunity to hear about the work we are doing and the budget and proposed rate adjustment for the next year. Throughout the month of April, we will be holding a series of virtual and in-person Town Hall Meetings for residents, as well as briefings for the Mayor's team, DC Council staff, and our partners in the business and nonprofit communities.
