Emergency Meeting of the Board of Directors

The DC Water Board of Directors is holding an emergency meeting on Friday, March 16, 2012, 10:00 a.m. in Room 407
COF, Blue Plains Facility.

The meeting has been called to approve a technical amendment to Board Resolution #12-33 "Approving the Final Form of Certain Documents Authorizing the Sale and Setting Terms and Details of the Series 2012 Subordinated Bonds" Section 3(d)(i) to change the early option redemption date to either December 31, 2022 or 11th anniversary of the bond issue dates. The amendment is required prior to the official close of the bond issuance on March 22, 2012.
