The WASA Board of Directors will conduct its November 2003 monthly meeting on Wednesday, November 5th, instead of the regularly scheduled date of Thursday November 6th. All Board meetings are held at 9:30 a.m. at WASA Headquarters, 5000 Overlook Avenue, SW (at the Blue Plains Wastewater Treatment Plant), Washington, DC.
