  • Senior lien public utility revenue bonds to ‘AA+’ from ‘AA’
  • Subordinate lien public utility revenue and refunding bonds to ‘AA’ from ‘AA-’

(Washington, DC) – On or about August 15, 2019, work will begin to remove a portion of the sidewalk along the eastbound direction of Florida Avenue, between Rhode Island Avenue and 3rd Street, NW.
